When self-serve
isn't enough,
we join your team.
Real people on your event, from one extra pair of hands to the full crew. Ten thousand through the gate or a colour run in a field: same team, same standard, run by people who've actually done the job.

01 Three ways in
Most people come to us
for one of three things.
Just take the inbox
Your attendees email us, not you. Everything else stays exactly as it is on Pro.
Just run our gate
We turn up with the scanners and the crew, or supply the kit and train yours. You watch the opening act.
Run the lot
Allocations, volunteers, guest lists, gates, money, marketing. We join your production team end to end.
How it works.
Bespoke pricing, whatever the scale.
Quote-driven, based on what you take and the size of the event. A single-service package, just the inbox or just the gate, is priced as exactly that, not as a full-service contract.
No hidden setup fees. No long-tail revenue surprises. The numbers we agree at the start are the numbers you see at settlement.
Get a quote →02 The toolbox
Everything in Pro,
plus whatever the job needs.
None of this is on self-serve. Which of it you take, and how deep, is agreed when we scope the job.
Customer service, handled.
Lost tickets, wrong dates, parking questions at 5pm on a Saturday: our team answers, fixes and follows up, with a named account manager who knows your event and picks up the phone. You still see every conversation. The most common reason smaller events come to Managed.
Gate management with our hardware.
If you want it, our team turns up with the kit, runs the gate, scans the tickets, and feeds the live numbers back to your dashboard. Or we supply the scanners and train your crew. No "the scanner just died" panic at 7pm on a Friday.
Bespoke seating plans.
Self-serve gets pick-your-seat maps. On Managed we can draw up the layouts that don't fit a template: tiered stands, boxes, accessible seating logic, multi-room venues. Drawn up and managed by our team.
Hands-on marketing on tap.
Add a dedicated marketing capability working alongside the platform: paid social, content production, customer-journey design, attribution analysis. Deep roots in live events, performance marketing and customer journeys.
Allocation pots.
Multi-stakeholder ticket distribution. Promoter, artist, sponsor, comp lists, sponsor blocks, friends-of-the-festival. Each pot has its own rules, its own tracking, its own reporting. No more spreadsheets being passed around at midnight.
Volunteer onboarding.
End-to-end onboarding flows for crew, stewards, photographers and event staff. Document collection, role assignment, comp ticket issue, day-of-show comms. The job nobody enjoys, done in one place.
PA, press & artist guest-list validation.
Access Card and Nimbus Card requests validate automatically on the platform. Our team handles the rest: press, artist and promoter lists, and the judgement calls that don't fit a rule. They get through, you keep your sanity.
A dedicated event app.
A standalone app-store app for your event, built on our customer app. Your branding, your content, push notifications to your audience. Bespoke builds available when the event calls for it.
Insight with humans behind it.
Reports that answer the question, not just dashboards that draw lines. Rebook patterns, channel ROI, pricing and stakeholder splits, plus the operational data that shapes the day itself: crowd density, campsite capacity per square metre, gate-flow modelling from live headcount. You don't get a helpdesk to reach your own data, you get a person who knows what it means.
03 Just take the inbox
Don't want the inbox?
Hand it to us.
The single most common reason smaller events come to Managed, and it works on its own. Your attendees email us, not you: lost tickets, wrong dates, parking questions at 5pm on a Saturday. Our team answers, fixes and follows up while you run the event, and you still see every conversation. Want us there on the day too? We can staff customer service points on site and a box office team at the gate.
Rated 5.0 on Google 1-hour average reply, 9am–5pm on working days
"Fantastic customer service and support, I made an error when ordering and emailed and explained and within 12hrs the error was resolved."
"We were on the way to a gig and couldn't find parking info. We emailed en route on Sat at 5pm and they immediately sorted it out and even called us."
"Quick to respond, friendly, and they actually sorted my query properly rather than fobbing me off."
Where the money goes.
Two options.
Option 1: your Stripe account. Ticket money lands straight in your own Stripe account as you sell. We never touch it. This is how every plan works by default.
Option 2: ours. If you'd rather not run your own Stripe account, or your current payment provider is sitting on your money for months, we collect the ticket money for you. It's held in a separate client account, not mixed with ours, and we pay it out to you on dates we agree up front.
04 Just run our gate
We turn up with the kit.
Rugged Zebra-brand handheld scanners. Hard cases, charging cradles, spare batteries. Tested before they leave the office, packed in numbered slots so nothing goes missing on site.
No "the scanner just died" panic at 7pm on a Friday. We've already swapped it for a fresh one before you've finished your radio call.
Don't need a crew? We'll hire you the scanners and train your own team on them.

In among it, whatever the event throws up.
Gates, hardware, crews and box office, across festivals, shows and everything in between. Same team, same standard, whether it's ten thousand through the gate or a colour run in a field.

05 Run the lot
At festival scale,
we sit in the production team.
Some jobs need people, not software. When you take the full package we're not a box office you email when something breaks. We become part of your production team: in the planning meetings before the site goes up, across the data all the way through, and on the ground when the gates open.
That's the stuff a ticketing platform never usually touches: modelling how many people a campsite safely holds per square metre so you can set capacity with confidence, reading live headcount to plan gate flow and catch the pinch point before it becomes a queue, and bringing the numbers (and the oversight) into the room where the day-of calls get made.
Not every event needs all of that. Plenty of our Managed accounts hand us one thing, the gate or the customer service, and we stay out of the rest.
Ticket Monkey didn't start in a boardroom. It came from the real-world pressure of making events work: major UK promoters, venues and live entertainment brands, driving ticket sales and untangling messy reporting. Managed is what happens when that team gets in among yours.
