Fireworks & bonfire nights

Fireworks night ticketing that survives the 6pm rush.

One evening, one gate, two thousand people in forty minutes. Capacity caps, entry windows and offline scanning. 25p a ticket, flat.

A fireworks display bursting in gold over a crowd gathered in the dark.

The 6pm rush

One night. No second chances.

One night a year, and the same risks turn up every time.

Everyone arrives in the same forty minutes, in the dark, in a field, holding phones with dead screens.
Capacity is a licensing condition, not a suggestion. Cash on the gate makes it a guess.
It's the club's biggest fundraiser of the year, run entirely by volunteers who'd rather be watching the fireworks.

Every one of them has an answer. Here's what handles the rush.

Built for one big night

One tap admits the family. The queue keeps moving.

Offline scanning.

Dark field, no signal, doesn't matter.

Family passes & concessions.

Family tickets, child pricing, senior pricing, all capped.

Manual ticket entry & search.

Dead phone? Find them by name, admit them, move on.

A large bonfire blazing against the night sky with a crowd silhouetted in front of it.

The fee

25p per ticket. You decide who pays it.

Flat, including VAT. The lowest published standard fee of any UK ticketing platform. No contracts, no monthly fees, no credit packs. You see the maths before you list a single ticket.

Running it for charity? Same 25p, and free events are free, up to 500 tickets per event.

Run the numbers →
A

Absorb it.

Take the 25p out of every ticket. Buyer pays face value, full stop.

B

Pass it on.

Add the 25p to the buyer's total. You keep 100% of the face value.

C

Set custom fees.

Buyer-side fees to cover the 25p, Stripe processing and anything else you want to bake in.

No catch

Cheaper than the cheap ones.

Fireworks ticketing FAQs

Before the big night.

How much does fireworks display ticketing cost?

25p per ticket, flat, including VAT. Absorb it, pass it on, or set a custom fee. Free events are free, up to 500 tickets per event, 2,500 a year. That's the self-serve rate. If you'd rather we ran it for you, Managed is a custom quote.

How do we stop overselling capacity?

Hard caps on the event and every ticket type. The system stops selling when you're full.

Can we stagger arrival times?

Yes. Entry windows control when tickets can scan in.

Can people still pay on the gate?

Yes, issue tickets manually on the day from any device. Advance sales keep the queue short, though.

What if the display is cancelled for weather?

Refunds are your call: full, partial, or refund while keeping tickets valid for a rearranged date.

When does the club get the money?

As you sell, directly into your own Stripe account. We never hold your funds.

Ready when
you are.

Three minutes to set up. Five minutes to your first ticket on sale. No card required to start. No contract to sign. If we're not the right fit, close the tab and we'll never know.
