Festivals

Festival ticketing, from first early bird to final scan.

Tiered releases, instalments, camping and parking in one checkout, and gates that keep moving when the signal doesn't. 25p a ticket, flat.

Night aerial of a festival site laced with festoon lighting, campsite and a stage crowd picked out in the dark.

The on-sale

Festival maths.

Every festival on-sale and every festival weekend throws up the same problems.

Tier one sells out in an hour, tier two was set up wrong, and the refund inbox opens before the lineup's even announced.
Camping, live-in vehicles, parking, day tickets, weekend tickets: five spreadsheets pretending to be one system.
Three gates, two days, one patch of field with no signal. And every steward is a volunteer you met on Thursday.

All of it has an answer below. Here's the kit that runs the on-sale and the weekend.

Festival ticketing FAQs

The long on-sale, answered.

How much does festival ticketing cost?

25p per ticket, flat, including VAT. Absorb it, pass it on, or set a custom fee. No contracts, no monthly fees, no credit packs. That's the self-serve rate. If you'd rather we ran it for you, Managed is a custom quote.

Can we sell tickets in instalments?

Yes. Payment plans split big tickets into scheduled payments. Buyers see the schedule before they commit.

How do tiered releases work?

Set caps and dates per tier. When early bird sells out, the next tier releases automatically.

Can we sell camping and parking with the ticket?

Yes, as product categories in the same checkout: pitches, live-in vehicles, parking, merch.

Will scanning cope with our gates?

Yes. Unlimited scanners on Pro, offline-capable, with per-scanner permissions so each gate only admits what it should.

When do we get paid?

As you sell, directly into your own Stripe account. We never hold your funds.

Can your team run our gates?

Yes. That's Managed: our people and hardware, part of your production team.

Ready when
you are.

Three minutes to set up. Five minutes to your first ticket on sale. No card required to start. No contract to sign. If we're not the right fit, close the tab and we'll never know.
