How much does county show ticketing cost?
25p per ticket, flat, including VAT. Absorb it, pass it on to the buyer, or set a custom fee. No contracts, no monthly fees, and card processing goes through your own Stripe account. That's the self-serve rate. If you'd rather we ran it for you, Managed is a custom quote.
Does ticket scanning work without phone signal?
Yes. The scanning app is offline-capable: it keeps admitting visitors with no signal and syncs automatically when the connection returns.
Can we sell family tickets and children’s concessions?
Yes. Multi-admit family passes and child, student and senior pricing are built in, and you can cap any of them.
Can we sell parking, camping and programmes with admission?
Yes. Product categories cover parking, camping, add-ons and merchandise, all in the same checkout.
Can visitors still pay on the gate?
Yes. The box office till runs on any device: cash and card sales, tickets and add-ons in one basket, same reporting as online. If you want a box office team run for you, that's part of Managed.
When do we get the money?
As you sell. Ticket revenue lands directly in your own Stripe account. We never hold your funds.
