Christmas events & light trails

Christmas event ticketing without the December meltdown.

Timed slots, per-slot caps, family passes, and buyers who fix their own bookings instead of emailing you on the 23rd. 25p a ticket, flat.

A castle floodlit blue at night for Christmas, giant illuminated POWDERHAM letters on the lawn and fairy lights strung through the trees.

Peak season

December, every year.

Every December brings the same headaches.

The 6pm Saturday slots sell out in November and the Tuesday 4.15s sit empty.
Half the inbox is families who booked the wrong date and need it fixed by the weekend.
Six weeks of trading pays for the year, and the ticketing system picks December to fall over.

All of it has a fix. Here's the kit for the season.

Built for slots and families

Built for slots, families and the 23rd of December.

Timed entry slots.

Slots every 15, 20 or 30 minutes, each with its own cap and price.

Per-slot capacity.

Fill the quiet slots with off-peak pricing; protect the peak ones with hard caps.

Customer self-serve.

Families fix the typo, change the date and re-download tickets themselves.

Family & multi-admit passes.

One ticket, whole family, plus child and senior pricing.

Abandoned-basket recovery.

December distractions are real. Bring back the baskets that wandered off.

Whole-order check-in.

One tap, one family, next please. Even in gloves.

Families walking a night-time avenue of golden fairy lights on a Christmas light trail.

Christmas ticketing FAQs

Before the season starts.

How much does Christmas event ticketing cost?

25p per ticket, flat, including VAT. Absorb it, pass it on, or set a custom fee. No monthly fees, even in December. That's the self-serve rate. If you'd rather we ran it for you, Managed is a custom quote.

Can we run timed entry slots?

Yes. Set the interval, cap and price per slot.

Can buyers change their own date?

Yes. Self-service changes and re-downloads, without going through your inbox.

Can we price off-peak slots cheaper?

Yes. Each slot carries its own price, so Tuesday twilight can cost less than Saturday at six.

Will it cope with the December rush?

The checkout is built for surges, and abandoned baskets get an automatic nudge.

When do we get paid?

As you sell, directly into your own Stripe account. We never hold your funds. Useful when the season's costs land in October.

Ready when
you are.

Three minutes to set up. Five minutes to your first ticket on sale. No card required to start. No contract to sign. If we're not the right fit, close the tab and we'll never know.
