Charity & community events

Ticketing that doesn't eat the fundraising.

Free events are free, up to 500 tickets. Paid tickets are 25p, flat. Donations at checkout, volunteer-friendly scanning, and no contract for the committee to argue about.

On a shoestring

Run by volunteers, judged like professionals.

Run events on a shoestring and these are the usual frustrations.

The platform's "charity discount" still costs more per ticket than the raffle made.
Ticket sales live in one volunteer's inbox, and she's on holiday the week of the fair.
Cash tins, paper lists and a treasurer who wants to know exactly what came in and from where.

Every one has a fix, and most of them are free. Here's the kit.

Built for good causes

Built for committees, PTAs and good causes.

Free events, actually free.

Up to 500 free tickets per event and 2,500 a year. No card required to start.

25p flat on paid tickets.

The same rate commercial events pay. It's already the cheapest in the market, so there's no charity-rate theatre.

Donations at checkout.

Round up or add a fixed donation. It goes where it's meant to.

Scanner-only accounts.

Volunteers scan on the door without access to the money side.

Manual orders & comps.

Committee tickets, raffle prizes and VIPs issued without a checkout.

Order management & reporting.

The treasurer gets a clean export, not a shoebox.

The fee

25p per ticket. You decide who pays it.

Flat, including VAT. The lowest published standard fee of any UK ticketing platform. No contracts, no monthly fees, no credit packs. You see the maths before you list a single ticket.

Run the numbers →
A

Absorb it.

Take the 25p out of every ticket. Buyer pays face value, full stop.

B

Pass it on.

Add the 25p to the buyer's total. You keep 100% of the face value.

C

Set custom fees.

Buyer-side fees to cover the 25p, Stripe processing and anything else you want to bake in.

No catch

Cheaper than the cheap ones.
Better than the good ones.

Best platform. The lowest published standard fee of any UK ticketing platform. We know how it sounds.

Charity & community ticketing FAQs

For the committee.

Is it really free for free events?

Yes. Up to 500 free tickets per event, 2,500 per year, at no cost. Beyond that, talk to us.

What do paid tickets cost?

25p per ticket, flat, including VAT. Absorb it, add it to the ticket price, or set a custom fee. That's the self-serve rate. For a bigger fundraiser you'd like us to run, Managed is a custom quote.

Is there a charity discount?

No, because there's nothing to discount. Charities, PTAs and commercial events all pay the same 25p, already the cheapest in the market.

Can we collect donations with ticket sales?

Yes. Buyers can round up or add a donation at checkout.

Do volunteers need full accounts to scan tickets?

No. Scanner-only accounts give door access without dashboard access.

How does the treasurer get the money?

Directly into the organisation's own Stripe account, as tickets sell, with clean reporting behind it. We never hold your funds.

Ready when
you are.

Three minutes to set up. Five minutes to your first ticket on sale. No card required to start. No contract to sign. If we're not the right fit, close the tab and we'll never know.
